YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO CALL HER A SLUT!

So I am over hearing a phone conversation and this chick is saying "how could she do that? She is such a slut. Why she gotta put it out there like that?" Now me being me, the first thing that I think is you don't have the right to call her a slut.
She gets off the phone and I let her know what time it was and how I thought she was being very judgemental. SHE SAYS "It's different. Nobody knows 'how I get down'. She got her ish on front street for everybody to see."
That makes me wonder is there a level to sluttish behavior? Because hers is out in the open that makes her the bigger slut? I don't get it? Am I missing something.
